TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

The purpose of these Terms & Conditions of Service (hereafter T&Cs) is to define the modalities and conditions in which the company Château Blanc makes available to users (hereafter Users) of the site https://www.chateau-blanc.com/en/  (hereafter the Site) the associated services and the way in which the Users access the Site and use its services. 

Any connection to the Site is subject to compliance with the T&Cs.

On this basis, the User acknowledges that simply accessing the Site implies acceptance of all of the conditions described below.

ACCESS TO THE SITE:

The Site User acknowledges having verified that the IT configuration he or she uses contains no viruses and is in a perfect operational condition.

APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION:

These Terms & Conditions of Service and the content of the Site are governed by French law.

The parties agree that disputes that arise following or during this contract, when they cannot be settled amicably, shall be subject to the competent French courts.

In accordance with the Information Technology and Liberties law no. 78-17 dated 6 January 1978 as modified and the General Data Protection Regulation (hereafter “GDPR”) no. 2016/679/EU dated 27 April 2016, the company Château Blanc, as the data controller, guarantees to respect the confidentiality of the Site Users.

The User, a physical person, is aware that information it communicates via the Site, on the basis either of pre-contractual measures or implementation of a contract for the purposes of customer relationship management, or the legitimate interest pursued by the company Château Blanc to be able to meet his or her requests, shall be received by the authorised departments of the company Château Blanc for the purposes of managing relationships with customers and prospective customers.
